"My Raw Testimony: This Breathwork training is MORE than than just a training. In fact, I wholeheartedly believe that there is NOTHING like this anywhere in the country… heck, even the world! It’s a magical place that will completely and utterly break you open and transform you in the most deep, beautiful, and powerful way. I’m of Native/Indigenous descent and I’ve traveled the world to many sacred places to learn from great elders on different healing modalities. While I deeply honor, cherish and respect those life changing teachings/experiences; there’s something extra magical and special about Valkyrie, Agnete and Rus. I feel they’ve truly been guides in initiating my Breathwork journey in the deepest and most transformative way possible. Their combined teachings, wisdom, the incredible magic, love and the safe space they hold is beyond measure, BEYOND words. I never felt like I was a student with a typical 'hierarchy' approach. This felt like a complete co-creation, free of ego, free of judgements, free of old paradigms of strict rules and standards. This was a place I could explore the art of healing with the medicine of breath within myself and so that I can share this magic with others. I healed, I cried, I laughed, I played! I can guarantee that what you gain from this training is not something you can find from any online 3-day super course, weekend retreat or fast track program. This is deep learning, deeper wisdom, an awakening of next level healing. The kind of healing we need and that this planet needs. "To me the phrase 'Home is where the heart is' applies to Valkyrie Yoga in my life. The sense of community created by the founder Agnete, the teachers and my fellow yogis touches my soul. Their Breathwork, Circle and Kundalini Yoga have taken my mind, body and spirit to a level I have never known. I will forever be filled with gratitude that Valkyrie Yoga exists!"

"I joined Valkyrie the day it opened and felt instantly that I had found the right place for what I was looking for in a yoga studio. That’s because it’s not just a yoga studio to me but a safe place I can come to further develop my practice spiritually, physically, and mentally. "Valkyrie is yoga at its best! This place is more than a yoga studio, it’s a sanctuary. Each class feels like a workshop or retreat. Cozy and beautiful, ample, with wood ceiling and “star” lamp lights, this studio has the atmosphere of a Norwegian cabin. The Breathwork is unique, you will be guided to breathe, release, heal, and relax in a deep way with a method like no other. I personally feel guided by Agnete, owner and instructor, to the spiritual realm, where I breathe in a sacred forest and deeply connect with the Supreme; others feel more connected to nature, or to themselves. You are offered a space and tools to safely get deeper where you need it. Treat yourself to a class at Valkyrie Yoga, and don’t blame me for wanting more, this yoga studio is a gem."

"It is with immense gratitude that I write this. Valkyrie is a special place. As the year ends - I’m so grateful for Valkyrie and Agnete - this magical space encompasses love health spirit and growth. I’ve been able to gain perspective, be of kind mind and body, connect with beautiful souls, and I’m learning to breathe. Sound healing and breath work are transformative practices - but it is the environment and connectivity of Valkyrie that is welcoming and beautiful. The space is Magical and you can feel it the minute you enter. Everything about Valkyrie feels special and beautiful. From the outside garden - to the simple yet magical lightening fixtures, the wooden floors that vibrate with love and truth. This is true community - yoga that is gentle and loving, daily opportunities for breath work, sound healing, and inviting events such as ecstatic dance, open mics, clothing exchanges, puppies as medicine, and new moon gatherings. - I’m so grateful for Agnete and every amazing instructor and friend - who holds holds space for truth, purpose, and intention. Feet to floor and hearts syncopated - Valkyrie has been a gift as I navigate new chapters of life and sense of self. Breathe breathe breathe..."
