This is a zero judgement and zero pressure zone. Show up as you are and move in a way that feels authentic to you. You can dance, move or even lay on the floor if you want to! Everyone is welcome!

Shadow & Inner Child Series with Margie Sierra

Take a deep dive into self with this four week intensive. The Shadow Child Series focuses on actively exploring and healing the wounded parts of the inner child by confronting and integrating the repressed, darker side of the psyche. These aspects of our personalities are part of our shadow self, often times stemming from childhood experiences and traumas. This workshop will provide a safe space to bring awareness to and help heal the unhealed emotional needs of the younger self by acknowledging and building a healthy relationship with our shadow.
