In this immersive three-part series, you’ll be introduced to the ancient practice of sacred sound as a tool for grounding, healing, and awakening. Mantras have been used for centuries to steady the mind, open the heart, and uplift the spirit—supporting us through both gratitude and grief. Together, we’ll explore how repetition, intention, and vibration can gently transform your inner landscape and strengthen your connection to yourself. You’ll leave with three powerful mantras embodied within you, along with handmade mantra cards to keep on your altar, in your car, or on your fridge—simple, beautiful reminders to return to your center anytime.

Singing naturally combines breathwork, toning, and language to directly organize the nervous system. No skill or experience required. Take a deep dive into self with this four week intensive. The Shadow Child Series focuses on actively exploring and healing the wounded parts of the inner child by confronting and integrating the repressed, darker side of the psyche. These aspects of our personalities are part of our shadow self, often times stemming from childhood experiences and traumas. This workshop will provide a safe space to bring awareness to and help heal the unhealed emotional needs of the younger self by acknowledging and building a healthy relationship with our shadow.

HELD x TOGETHER is an affinity space + devotion for people of color to come together + design wellness through community, breath, body, and conversation. We aim to gather every other month in Ocean Beach at Valkyrie Yoga. This time will be devoted to cultivating wellness through community + introducing guided practices for deepening connection to body-mind-heart-soul. We aim to expand the ways in which we not only hold space for ourselves - but how we come together to create a sense of safety, trust, care, and curiosity in the ways in which we prioritize our health, happiness, and ability to lead healing in our local community. HELD x TOGETHER is a space for expanding the ways we take up space and create our own formula for wellness - bonded through commonalities of lived experiences, culture, and ethnicity. Join us, in person, and help us redefine what it is to be well, be connected, and embody our power, purpose, and agency.

Dia De Los Muertos: Cacao Breath Connection

Join us on this sacred night as the veil grows thin, to honor our loved ones and ancestors for Dias de los Muertos.
Together we’ll open our hearts with ceremonial cacao, connect to the spirit of life and death through guided breathwork, and move freely in dance as an offering of love and gratitude.
This gathering is an opportunity to share stories, release, and remember the beauty of those who came before us — weaving community, presence, and devotion into the fabric of this sacred night.
Bring a photo or small offering for the altar to honor your ancestors and loved ones.
