Valkyrie Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a slow and meditative asana practice.  This class builds heat, strength, and presence through a slow and more laid back approach to yoga postures.  The breath is also incorporated as an anchor and opportunity for presence and expansion.  This is an all-level class, no experience necessary.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a more movement based asana practice.  This class utilizes a movement and flow approach to build heat, strength, and presence.  Breath to movement connection is also incorporated here as a practice of presence and vitality.  All levels are welcome.

Yin yoga is an opportunity to slow way down and spend more time in each posture.  This may help facilitate a deeper journey and more meditative experience.  All levels are welcome.

Laughter & Breathwork

Experience the healing power of laughter and breath in this joyful, transformative class. We’ll combine playful movement, intentional breathing, and contagious laughter to release stress, elevate your mood, and connect with your inner joy. Whether you’re looking to let go, recharge, or simply have fun, this class will leave you feeling light, open, and deeply refreshed. No experience necessary—just bring your breath and a willingness to laugh!

Breathwork with Margie

All levels

In this class Margie will employ our breath to cultivate more presence, healing, and expansion in our lives. Margie also utilizes body mapping, hands on and encouraging mantras to support and facilitate a deeper healing experience.  This breathwork is done in and out of the mouth with no breaks or pauses.  A deep and connected breath is encouraged.  Breathwork is incredible for healing the physical body and is a highly therapeutic tool on many levels and layers.  Some of the many benefits of breathwork include healing inflammation and injury in the body and increasing positive mood and vitality.  Breathwork helps alleviate depression, fatigue and anxiety and leads to increased well-being and productivity.  When breathwork is explored on a regular basis it will have long lasting and life changing effects.  All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Breathwork + Sound Healing

This class combines breathwork and sound healing to create a powerful and healing experience. Go on a journey with a variety of breathwork facilitators at Valkyrie. Each facilitator brings their own unique energy to the experience. This breathwork is not your typical pranayama.  The breathwork is breathing in a way that carries us into a deeper inner journey.  This experience helps you to explore the inner workings of the mind, body, emotional body and energy body. This is a great option for emotional, energetic, and physical release.  These breathwork classes involve a lot of freedom to listen to your body and intuition.  These classes will incorporate sound healing throughout the experience to enhance and contribute to the journey. Breathwork and sound healing help to heal traumas, inflammation and injury.  They both help alleviate depression, fatigue and anxiety.  The list of health benefits continues to grow as both of these healing modalities continue to expand as an industry.

Embodied Breath with Anthony

Embodied Breath is a journey into the wisdom and healing power of your own breath. In a safe and empowering space, you’re invited to reconnect with your physical, emotional, and spiritual body. This practice is crafted to support you in exploring the depths of your own journey, honoring how the body responds to emotional triggers, and creating space to explore healing and self-discovery. Step into this sacred experience to get reacquainted with yourself.

Intuitive Hypnotic Breathwork with Monica

All levels

This class utilizes breathwork and hypnosis techniques to catalyze change, release stuck energy and invite expansion and well-being in a community setting. It can facilitate a deepening connection to your inner knowing, bring clarity and strengthen intuition. It will help release stress, helps with pain management and inflammation and supports nervous system regulation. The class will include breathwork, sound and optional hypnosis techniques and visualizations.

Kundalini & Tea

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient yogic practice that embodies Breath, Meditation, Sound, Bandhas, and Drishti. It has roots in Punjab, India and is deeply inspired by Sikh Culture. This practice is potent and powerful, offered as unique kriyas (yogic sets or recipes) that helps the nervous system to rewire itself quickly and effectively, ultimately leading to deep states of meditation and awareness. This class offers an hour of Kundalini practice followed by an optional half hour tea time social!


Breathwork & Tea will offer an hour of Breathwork with a Sound Healing integration followed by a tea or elixir with natural and organic botanicals.
